Andy Iser graduated from the University of California, in Berkeley, California, where he studied English Literature and served as business manager for UC Choral Ensembles. He then moved on to a successful career in the entertainment business. For ten years he wrote, developed, and sold projects to digital and cable outlets including FX Networks.

He then returned to his roots in real estate and joined the SK Group of Marcus and Millichap. Commercial real estate is not only his passion but it is in his DNA. His family has been involved in the development and ownership of real estate in the San Fernando Valley for three decades. Andy specializes in investment sales with a focus on apartment buildings in Studio City, North Hollywood, Sherman Oaks, Valley Village, and Valley Glen. Born and raised in the valley, Andy’s knowledge of the area and greater Los Angeles area is extensive and he takes pride in helping his clients.

Andy’s motto is “care more about the people than the buildings.”  Andy’s creativity and work ethic combine to serve his clients needs, small or large. Apart from real estate, you can find Andy golfing, cooking meals for the homeless, at neighborhood council meetings or trying new restaurants.
