Coming from a family of real estate investors gives him unparalleled insight of the business. Whether it’s sourcing deals, underwriting, negotiating contracts or managing escrows, Nuriel has experienced all aspects of real estate deals through his family’s experience in multifamily. Prior to becoming a full-time multifamily broker, he underwrote multifamily properties for the Azzi Group in West Los Angeles, which only enhanced his understanding of the entire real estate process. With the knowledge that buying and selling properties can be a difficult decision and process and he is committed to be there for his clients every step of the way.
