Sev is the leader and Principal Broker of The SK Group and Senior Vice President of Investments at Marcus & Millichap’s Encino office. Since joining the firm in 2010, Sev has established himself as one of the most consistent producers and top brokers within the firm and in the Greater Los Angeles area.

He has successfully closed over 150 commercial real estate transactions, both locally and nationwide, totaling in excess of $450 million dollars. Sev’s strengths in detailed analysis performed during the underwriting and pricing process, aggressive marketing plans, and relentless negotiating for his clients have provided his sellers to close on average 98% of list price on their properties.

His previous role as a construction manager and his current experience as an investor have educated him on all aspects of the commercial real estate field. Sev’s experiences have allowed him to play an active role in the marketing, negotiating, financing, legality, management, leasing and sales aspects of commercial real estate —all of which makes him extremely knowledgeable and professional within the investment real estate industry.

As graduate from University of Southern California, Sev earned a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Development, Finance & Construction Management from the Marshall School of Business, along with a Minor in Construction Management from the School of Policy, Planning and Development. Sevak has lived in Southern California for over 30 years and has an in-depth understanding of the varying regions associated within a specific market
